At WallpaperMural, we want you to love your new space; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused, standard-sized mural within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that custom-dimension orders are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully roll the wallpaper and place it back into its original protective tube to ensure it remains crease-free during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the tube and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned mural for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
